What kind of packages do you offer?

We don't have packages where you only get to choose a couple of photos.  Instead, you will receive a link to an online gallery with all of the edited photos from your session.  You can share the link with whomever you wish and you can download as many photos as you wish.  None of the photos will have watermarks so you will be able to print them without copyright issues. 

 

How long does it take to get our photos?

Allow 2-3 weeks for editing for family, portrait, and headshot sessions.  Allow 4-6 weeks for wedding photos to be complete.  Although emergencies can happen. If that is the case and it causes any delay in getting your photos to you in a timely fashion, we will reach out to you with a resolution.

 

Where will our session take place?

We don't have a studio, so all of our sessions are outside.  If you already have a location in mind, great! Just let us know where.  If not, we can recommend a few places (like the beach or a park).  If you want to use a location that charges a photography fee, you will be responsible for any entry fees for the photographers.  You are also responsible for reserving the location, if it requires one.

 

What time should we schedule our session for?

We usually do sessions in the evening just before sunset.  We can also do morning sessions right after sunrise. Evening or morning times are the best times for lighting.  Overcast days are good too.

 

Can we change clothes?

Yes, for the 60-minute portrait sessions, you can two outfit changes.  For 60-minute family sessions and the 30-minute headshot sessions, one outfit change is allowed.   We limit the number of outfit changes due to time constraints.  However, if you’d like to have more changes, additional time can be booked. 

 

What if we need more time?

If you feel you need more time, we can book additional time in 30-minute increments for $100 per 30 minutes.

 

What happens is the weather is bad on the day of our session?

We are at the mercy of the weather.  So in case the weather is uncooperative, unfortunately we will have to reschedule for another day.

 

How do I pay you?

Full payment is due at the end of the session. Cash, Venmo, or Zelle.

 

Is there a deposit?

We charge a 25% non-refundable deposit fee to be paid at the time of your booking to reserve the date.  

 

Do you offer refunds?

Once your photos have been delivered to you, there are no refunds.  The quality of our work is displayed on our website, you can expect the same quality when you receive your photos.  We will only issue a refund if there is an error on our side and photos will not be able to delivered.

 

Will you use my photo to advertise?

We reserve the right to use any of the photos taken during your session for advertising purposes on our website and social media platforms.  Names will not be disclosed and subjects will not be tagged.

 

Do you have a contract?

When we schedule your session, you will also receive an email with the terms and conditions (basically everything on this page).  When you confirm your session details, you also are agreeing to the terms and conditions.
